Lewknor lies just off the M40 (J6) and is a particularly pretty village. The old part of the village boasts fine old properties whilst more recently built homes are located on Weston Road which heads north from the Leathern Bottle, a highly regarded public house in village centre. There are an abundance of walks cycleways and bridle paths to be found which lead into the open countryside and on to the Ridgeway. The village of Watlington is close by and access to Thame is within a few miles.
The villages of Tetsworth, Postcombe and Lewknor have excellent access to the M40 (J6) allowing easy commuting to London and Oxford. There is a fast and efficient train service to be found at Princes Risborough Station with regular trains to London Marylebone and Birmingham. Minutes from Lewknor is the Oxford Tube which offers a coach service to London and Oxford every 12 – 15 minutes.
